So by default you’ll get something called ‘Fated Authority’ which allows you to re-roll room rewards. (Ie if you see the next room is a Zeus boon, you could re-roll into a different boon/a heart/hammer/pom/obols).
The other version, ‘Fated Persuasian’, allows you to re-roll boon choices from a god/pom and choices from the wells.

No. As far as I remember (someone correct me if I’m wrong), you have to max out one of the other three aspects, then get a....certain character to give you a phrase (just keep playing, it will come), and the hidden aspect will unlock. As far as I know, this goes for all of the hidden aspects.

Best non-hidden aspects of each weapon imo:
- Poseidon Sword works great with tons of casts and is pretty reliable
- Achilles Spear is amazing for cast builds and speed
- Any of the shield aspects work, try out Zag or Zeus if you don't wanna use Chaos
- Chiron Bow is 🔥, but Hera works great too with stuff like Trippy Shot
- Demeter Fists are the best imo, but Talos can be great too
- Eris rail sucks at first but once you get it to level 4 or higher the damage is insane
