Hello, I can't upgrade any of my weapons. (Nintendo Switch Edition)
I have the blood, I've completed a full run 3 times, have every weapon unlocked, used each one, completed a run with a contract that made it more difficult, inspected each weapon, have multiple bloods, and have finished all conversations with Skelly.
It just won't let me purchase any upgrades.
I don't even get an audio que when I click A on a Zagreus upgrade.
Any idea how to unlock the ability to upgrade?

But I dunno for sure, I just i-frame intuitively. I don't know of anyone who's bothered looking into that.
