I found that using Aphrodite's Special Weak upgrade with the spear, and the upgrade that increases crit damage a bunch when backstabbing (forgot the name of it) was quite a good combo for beginner players. It took me quite far.

Yeah, those two are probably the best Zag aspects. Zag aspects only require 5 Titan Blood to max and get the full benefit.

Then you can use them to get more Titan Blood.

Then when you load your save, you'll be back in the courtyard right before your run with all your Titan Blood back.

Got a noob question. Ive been playing for probably 16 hours and made it to "the final boss" about 4 times (havent beat him yet). I have all of the weapons unlocked. I cant for the life of me figure out how to see the aspects. Everything online just says you pick up a weapon and then you can click again were it was to access them. My game does not have this as an option. Am I missing something?

hi potentially dumb question but do boss battles time out? I was just fighting the final boss and heard a weird chime sound and then lost my lucky tooth bonus? It happened once before in the final area too, fighting a mini boss.

No I've beaten the final boss once before. And the first time I heard the weird chime sound was in a mini boss fight and one of the enemies seemed to vanish without me killing it. Like I'm cowering behind a pillar and it just goes poof. I assumed it was one of my passives

True. But then it just happened again in the final boss fight. I had a stubborn defiance which I used, and I still had my lucky tooth left over. Then weird chime thing and lucky tooth defiance is gone.

so if you're still in the thick of it when your invincible call runs out you can easily go "chime, chime, chime, chime (i think its 4), then die" coz no longer invincible

@pastel crow it tells you in the menu, its based on rarity how much it upgrades

and no it doesn't cycle sadly
