Here's what I found:
Reveal the Aspect of Beowulf by meeting the following requirements:
Reveal the Aspect of Guan Yu (does not need to be unlocked with Titan Blood)
Have a total of 5 Titan Blood or more invested into Shield aspects
If you have not previously received the following dialogue from Chaos, talk to them with the Shield equipped until you do:
“ You come to my domain bearing an all-seeing artifact that sprang from me after the dawn of time. It is considered a defensive instrument, I do believe. Though, I suspect you have discovered, or soon shall discover, it is nothing of the sort. „
Talk to Chaos (with any weapon equipped) until they give you the waking-phrase

I figured it’d be because they’ve eaten pomegranates (or any food, really) from the Underworld, which, in Greek mythology, make you unable to permanently leave it, but that isn’t mentioned and would presumably make Persephone unable to leave, as well, so I assume that’s not the case here.

Spoiler Inc so beware ; || Poms are just an excuse brought up by Persephone to tell to Olympians.
The real reason is that they're bound to Underworld due to Hades accepting to rule it. He can't live on the surface since he accepted to be at the head of the Underworld, and Fates playing a role in this "because they want too".
For Zagreus, there's Fates deciding "it's going to be like this", and also the fact he was born in the Underworld - bringing life into the world of the Dead is a paradox - and revived by Nyx. This is theorized by the characters themselves tho. If anyone has something to add, or correct me if I'm wrong tho, I'm up. c: ||

They WOULD HAVE been unhappy about being lied to if the lies were not twisted into half-lies and smaller lies that everybody realizes are lies but won't say anything about. ZEUS would have been extremely unhappy about being ousted as a kidnapper under the pretense of matchmaking and his pride and his position would have demanded he turn to violence (and blame Hades). That's the main thing they were worried about. That their entire relationship was enabling Zeus' mistake and making them accessory to it.||

Hmmmm, well there's some reason to believe that Zag just rides the river current back and doesn't quite realize it's related to his god powers as "NOT THE GOD OF ANYTHING, OKAY!?". Because some of the ||Zagreus myths might actually have been one of the earlier Greek instances of touching on the concept of reincarnation. Like, Hades in-game likes to talk as if the underworld can be expanded indefinitely and that all souls will stay there forever but... well the fates might have actually determined that Zagreus will someday be in charge of sending souls back to be reborn. The Orphic versions of the myths, that a lot of the plot (or in-jokes) of the game is loosely based on, are noteworthy as a Greek mythology that includes reincarnation (metempsychosis).||

After a while it's really easy to get thirty or twenty minute runs even.
Having a time limit helps this.
I would always have my fun when it came to runs, so I would spend almost an hour on them.

If you're playing the game for story, nectar is your best friend. Give it to everyone, as often as you can. And eventually you'll unlock the ability to give them Ambrosia and you should give that to them as often as you can. It will help progress things in their plot and dialogues beyond just the normal talking to everyone thing and doing more runs thing.

You can do anyone, really. I would personally gift Nectar if you can do everyone to get their keepsakes. Cereberus has a good one, but I personally love Than's and Euridyce (I am trying to spell it but can't).
