well if you have stacking buffs to how much darkness you get, such as ocean's bounty and chaos eclipse boons, you can get a tonne of percentage buffs to it

well, darker thirst is 20%, poseidon 50-65%, heat 2% every heat level..... thats already beautiful 105% with 10 heat and epic poseidon

How does poseidon’s heart get unlocked? I’ve beaten ||asterius and theseus in armor via the pact|| and told poseidon about it, and have already had his comment about successfully using the rod of fishing ;-; (playing on the switch, finished epilogue, 100+ runs and hades beaten 30+ times)

I'm 84 escape attempts in with meg being on the locked heart for quite a while now, probly 40 runs or so, and she has no new conversations ever and won't show up in zag's room, is it just a random chance for it to happen and I'm very unlucky or is it bugged?

i mean its really just luck. i did all of the prep before the first epilogue and didnt get it until after. and i had 60 runs going through it. so it can take a lot of time. and just make sure you always beet meg or the furies to get past that. its also just difficult in general for the special encounters like that

the theseus prophecy and the affinity unlock are two separate things that arent related. unlocking poseidon's strictly involves fishing. you need to have a fish on hand already before you speak with poseidon

theres a minimum count on how many fish you need to have captured across previous runs but if you've already got like ~2 dozen then you're in the clear on that requirement. the important thing is that you catch a fish before you talk to poseidon for the first time in a run

I read the Guide on Steam and did the stuff and I'm quite sure that I already got the dialog from Ares and Dio but I just can't proceed and I don't know why

Do Gods give their heart progression dialogue when you first meet them? I've passed Hermes so I can get them next section to get the feather out to talk with them

Well, he can’t kill him since he’s already dead, but he could get him in trouble... I think Thanatos is just a little petty towards Sisyphus since he was tricked and trapped by him when Sisyphus was trying to avoid dying, which was embarrassing for him. And whatever way Than feels about helping Zagreus, Sisyphus is doing something he’s not allowed to and that irritates Than.

i just checked the wiki on Artemis' Favor (the thing you need to do before their last heart gets unlocked) and it says this:
||Artemis' favor requires seeing multiple strings of dialogue in which she talks about her partner, Callisto.|||| The gauge is unlocked when Artemis says that she feels like she can be herself with Zagreus. ||

worth noting is that just completing an action does not guarantee the related dialogue comes up, thats not how the dialogue works. the game just checks that you've met the requirements, and it is entered into a pool of currently available dialogue that can come up. typically stuff like this shouldnt take more than a few attempts, but priority is known to be wonky

uh they each have their own requirements that kinda tie into them in some manner. athena has specific dialogue for completing runs, zeus involves hearing a lot of the gossip about him from the others

if you mean the way they work, yes

sometimes some of the needed dialogue requires seeing some other stuff, so even if you do complete various tasks (such as the fishing for poseidon), you'll see the previous parts of the dialogue chain first

i wouldnt really worry about the dialogue too much unless youre really just stumped on what you should be looking for, or you're getting recycled dialogue and still havent finished out affinity

i guess previous is kind of a confusing way to put that, earlier might make more sense in that context perhaps. some dialogue chains have steps, where you have to see the piece before it before you can see the next part, and so on

unfortunately its really difficult to track your progress with zeus since you need to hear gossip about him from like.. i wanna say it was at least 7 of the other 9 boon givers, plus some specific demeter and hades lines. the hades one tends to pop up early in the game though so it should be a safe bet you have it

actually they may have changed some of this, i admit i havent checked since maybe august lol but the general gist is still hearing gossip

Is the issue with ||Hermes's bet to beat Charon twice not completing the prophecy|| solved on Switch yet? I have defeated him twice as I thought was required, but not in two back-to-back runs. The prophecy list still shows this prophecy as unfinished, I'm a little puzzled.

1. I've already claimed the reward for ||Family Reunion|| prophecy, but never received ||The Queen's Plan|| prophecy (it's not listed). Is there any way to fix that?
2. I've maxed out my hearts with Dusa, but don't have a little cute icon for her in keepsakes list. What's the story here?
3. Some characters are still locked for maxing out the relationships with them: Artemis, Aphrodite, Hermes, Demeter, Hypnos. Do I just do more runs and things will happen?

that prophecy was added in a post launch patch, which i think might not be on switch yet. the switch version is kind of behind on those

when the patch hits switch, the prophecy will be in your list and will be already completed
