it's not as nonsensical as you think at first glance.
Example: In the US, we hire hackers to simulate attacks on NSA, Pentagon, etc. to expose security vulnerabilities. This might have been a partial inspiration for the ending of hades.

Epilogue spoilers: ||So I finished the epilogue and I've seen some of the gods' reactions--one puzzles me. Hermes says he had to pretend he didn't know me. Why? Don't all the Olympians know Zagreus has been contacting them? Even if Hermes' relationship with Charon is hush-hush I don't see why they would figure he had never met Zagreus before. Also, Achilles was apparently at the party, but he has nothing to say after it. :(||

Extended: ||It's not totally clear (yet!) what are the requirements for the Epilogue to trigger (there's a guide on the pinned messages), basically keep doing runs and eventually you'll get the Epilogue "quest" from her, I'd recommend you to keep talking and gifting everyone whenever possible. Having said that, not everything has to be maxed since Demeter for example can only be maxed out after from what I've seen.||

seed = the starting boon of the gme so they have the most optimal start with a weapon.

so you can keep killing yourself so that you'll have the best possible start

after you max him out, its RNG for the right dialogue with Nyx, Meagara and Thanatos
