IIRC you need to talk to Nyx as well.

Once Sisyphus nectar gauge is full you need to have the various conversations with him, Hades and Meg, at some point after that you'll need Nyx to give you the exact place of where to find his record.

I'm so confused. What you you mean by original head? Do you mean Medusa herself? So pretty much throughout the history of the game. Whenever Medusa would choose to cut herself or bleed, there was a chance of a gorgon head spawning.

Although the Poms of Power can be understood as a nod to the myth, I don't think said degree is in-game-canon - the Olympians appear to be oblivious to Persephone's whereabouts. And indeed if it were, tough luck for Zagreus, whose diet is like 90% poms, 10% junk food and traces of red onions.
