This beta contains almost all the content of The Blood Price Update, coming later this month. That includes a significant amount of new story content and voice lines (the most we have ever added in an Early Access update). However, the focus of the beta is on evaluating the tech -- the presence of the content is a side effect of our development process (we can't just rip all the new stuff out before launching the beta).
If you want to see the new content in a prerelease format you can play the beta. Or if you'd rather wait until it's more polished, please wait for the official launch later this month. Of course the ultimate version of that is waiting for the game to exit Early Access altogether! Depends on your appetite for "early".

No, it works slightly different than that.
Each weapon has it's own loot from the bosses.
Once you beat the game you can add difficulty modifiers that allow you to collect more for each weapon.

That's a matter of luck. But buying ixions in the shop helps. Fated Persuasion to reroll the shop increases your chances

I would suggest the Darkness gives you max health one as a starter
If you use dark generation mirror talent
Every darkness room you enter will give you both a sizable heal
And some max health to boot
As for diamons use in general, there are later quests that will use diamonds. But rarely would you run into diamond shortage.

How does one unlock the Nyx quest? I have talked to Achilles enough time to trigger him talking about Nyx and Chaos a couple of times. I also have the Admin room, and have talked to both Nyx and Chaos until their hearts are one away from the locked heart, I can't give anymore nectors and they don't have anymore unique convo pieces, and Nyx never has an exclamation point above her head anymore.

This may not be that helpful, but if you get stuck on a quest, and you're doing everything you can think of, you can start working towards something else, and then the quest you want will unlock. Not that satisfying, but, y'know
Like you could work towards more mirror upgrades or something while you play the game and wait for nyx's quest to proc

rerolled a Demeter boon from an Elite Styx wing and luckily got Artemis, then managed a Yarn before getting it. With her keepsake in hand too managed to get the legendary. Barely scrounged up all the pre-reqs in Asphodel/Elysium.
Fully Loaded is complicated. True Shot > Dual Shot + Exit Wounds > Fully Loaded.

poseidon boons are especially useful in asphodel for pushing your enemies into the lava (so water vs fire basically)
athena boons are really great in elysium where you gotta block/deflect a lot to survive, and athena, i think, should be tied to a noble place with great warriors more than anyone
idk maybe i'm overthinking things and this all is just my personal experience but i love it

It can be worth it if you're stumbling in there with like 9 different boons already. The odds of her hitting something you care about upgrading rarity are low.

Poms don’t scale well, so you only REALLY care about the first one or two on a boon

Poms in general are good. Have to admit I tend to prioritize health probably a bit too much and should more often take a pom instead but you don't really need all that many. Like 3 or 4 on your main source of damage and then on a few auxiliaries will generally be plenty.
