I'm surprised that there are people who are against the whole potential Artemis and Zagreus thing. She's a virgin goddess but the whole Orion thing shows that it's not like she never showed an interest in men, and she treats Zagreus with some respect (and if Aphrodite is to be believed, maybe more.) And if there is a romance, that doesn't mean she'll lose the "chastity" aspect. Zagreus doesn't have the ego to pull a Zeus or Poseidon.

It'd be an interesting take on classical myth (something this game already does very well) to have her simply be ace.

Dio is really chummy in a genuine way but he’s blitzed off his head at all times. He wouldn’t throw you under the bus intentionally but he’d be too busy partying to help you out from under it

Artemis is the most actually good one. She can be tempestuous, but in a vulnerable way, rather than the prideful arrogance of the other gods

#

Athena isn’t awful but she’s dutiful to a fault, not unlike Hades. She’s more “professional” than actively nice

#

I can see Athena being particularly incensed at being deceived by omission wrt: Zags motivation, since she’s not one to take kindly to the bending of rules

My favorite build is using the Zagreus Aspect shield with the upgrade that does a triple attack on a dash, the Artemis boon that empowers dash attacks, and the Athena boon that makes attacks deflect

Well, there's nothing hard about hitting them if you're playing any weapon other than sword. Making them collide is a much easier way to deal with a lot of them at the same time though.

There might be more bosses or more boss variations, we never know, but there's nothing that's been said about that, and they have the amount of areas and bosses that were first planned, so it's unlikely.

Erebus rooms are similar to Chaos gates. Optional. You can only get in them if you have enough heat, and they give you a challenge with a better reward (pom that gives two levels, heart that gives 50HP, etc.)

So the bug with God Mode was that it was appearing to reset ALL of your stats - streak, total clears, etc. It didn't actually reset them - if you cleared the game again in normal mode, you'd see the old stats again.

You should have God Mode clears counted separately from standard mode clears on the clear screen, just like it's shown there

anyway: i think that conversation makes more sense and is less uncomfortable from the original context it was in, where you're close to both thanatos and meg, but actual quote-unquote 'romance' isn't a thing yet - my overall impression is that thanatos is suspicious that meg and zag might be getting back together, and zag's saying that's not the case, because at the time it wasn't

where it gets a little strange is if the conversation fires once you're romancing either of them - because, yes, then zag is either flat-out lying because it is "like that", or he's lying to someone he's romantically involved with, or it's just plain weird if he's dating both

the romance scenes differ depending on what order you go to them in, and whoever you ended up getting the scene with first gets a bonus conversation that's like "hey are you cool" and they're both like "yeah i'm cool"

Maybe, if he kills an enemy with a blood stone in it, he gets 5 hp back or something. Or maybe if he hits an enemy witha blood stone in it, they "bleed" and get a dot.

No, the fact they are vanilla is fine. It kinda makes sense. He's an all-rounder. He's not a specialist. The vanilla forms are like, accentuated versions of the weapons.

Hades telegraphs and prepares players for it's bosses incredibly well. Well enough to be the best example of it I can think of.

Like (minor side tangent) every boss in Hades has most of it's attacks previewed in some way so they're less foreign when the player actually encounters them.
