Ehhhhh, it’s best when you can rapidly apply dio to be sure, but what makes splitting headache shine is its place as the crown jewel power-up for an artemis build. 7.5% base crit chance with 5 stacks of dio sadly is underwhelming without anything critting regularly to begin with :/
