yeah, on most situations that's quite a bit worse tom. the only interaction that favors it is crit, I think. so if you have artemis attack, you get more value from urge to kill when attacking. otherwise it's more niche and due to it's additive interaction with other boons, overall worse

I just double checked @frosty sinew pressing your boon menu button will work in boon selection. There's a small period as it comes up where it won't though, but as long as you can select a boon to take, you should be able to check the menu
