Mostly because if you're using something like Hestia gun, 150 jumps to 300. With Boiling Blood, 225 jumps to 450.

That's not even calculating in things like a strong attack upgrade or Chaos boons

his circle swipe is the third attack, but usually i do only look out for the white outline for the sweep. Having an extra (or three) dash helps a lot because the telegraph comes before he homes in on you so it helps get you out of the way

Just recently did a run where I equipped the purse after Theseus and Asterius in order to afford a death's defiance. It's once per escape attempt, so you can't start with it, unequip it, then reequip it later for more gold, but you should definitely be able to get money from it so long as you haven't done so yet.
