It depends, early poms on boons are pretty nice but if you already have your stuff levelled up then you dont need it, rarity is cool on a few things, usually it's a gamble, I'm assuming you're at Eurydice?

He's one of the safest gods to make a build with

Aphrodite makes hangover stack to 8
Ares makes the hangover tick at .35 instead of .5 seconds
Artemis gives you +1.5% crit chance per stack of hangover on an enemy
A popular hangover build is Chiron bow

Generally don't need Artemis or ares duo for this build but if you happen to find them then you could get it if you want

but it also has terminal stygian blade disease so that's a big part of it
but it's sick i like it a lot. i just can't perform with it at the level required to make it look skillful
