technically cluster means you have a slightly higher chance of seeing rocket for second hammer than the other way around but the benefit of rocket vs cluster in the first two biomes is pretty big

it increases your dps more because it fires faster and explodes on contact, so if you're close to your targets it's slightly faster and shaves off time bits of time since you're not waiting for the special to detonate, while it remains around the same for distant foes
overall a time saver with Rocket first
especially with lower biomes having lower hp so a lot of the enemies die to just one Rocket

Trading for it also nets you more but it’s not always that great of an idea. Killing dad with the different weapons will get you more. There is another way post killing dad for the first time to get more, and then also buying it from the charon shop for like 1000 obols before heading out to kill dad

well let's see. 1 fury + 1 dad kill gives 2 bloods per run, + fishing in Greece can give blood... 20% chance for fishing spawn/roughly 80% perfect catch success rate/50% chance of a tier 2 fish on a perfect = 8% chance for an additional titan's blood, then a 50% chance to get offered one in styx from charon, so on average you will get 2.58 titan's blood from a run of appropriate weapon and heat
