Exit Wounds, ironically, is somewhat irrelevant in most decent Cast builds.
Support Fire doesn't really do anything for Cast builds either. Pressure Points is nice, but you're likely prioritizing her Attack or something anyway.
Also, Pressure Points if you take it wants Hunter's Mark to really shine... so that's not Support Fire or Exit Wounds either.
Fully Loaded is great and it's not that difficult to get if you know what you're doing, but the boons you have to take to unlock it are probably not what you want from her.

And the spin is much much harder to use without a spin hammer, and really only quick and massive
But honestly any attack works on its spin. Its versatile.
It's good base damage and it is rapid, so it can scale either way and do okay
But yeah you need a blood investment. I wouldnt worry about it yet.

The reason Vicious Skewer doesnât do anything is because the crit chance is only on the spear Recall, trying to hit enemies with that is unreliable, and spear special base damage is also very low so trying to damage with that isnât that good of an idea (unless you get exploding Launcher in which case there is no recall at all) so thereâs that
Triple Jab only applies to standing attacks, on spear you dash strike a lot and as a general rule (not just spear), you donât wanna stand in the same spot and keep mashing your attack button because it makes you vulnerable in multiple ways, but you do it from time to time which is why Triple Jab isnât actually useless, just nothing crazy either, a really strong hammer for Spear is Flurry Jab which can make you rapidly attack non stop, your dps skyrockets with it, if you see it as second hammer give it a shot

Just to be clear, Divine Dash doesn't give you i-frames. It just helps mainly with projectiles and also to some extent with melee attacks. But the Dash needs to deflect an incoming attack before it would hit you to negate the attack.
