no no, so far the only way I can change a weapons aspect/upgrade them is by attempting a run and either faling or succeeding, but I want to edit my weapons without tryign a run at all before I leave the room its annoying being able to only do the one I last used

It's not that bad. Her t2 boons aren't pommable, so you wanna make sure you take whichever has the highest rarity to get them all in high rarity, hopefully. She also benefits from Privileged Status over Family Favority.

But since you'd reset a bad Tartarus pretty early, you notice it a lot more in Elysium.
Asphodel is simply more consistent because it's shorter.

Static Discharge pretty much doubles your Lightning Strike damage and has pretty good pom scaling, so it can go even higher than that.
Unlike Lightning Strike, which doesn't have great pom scaling. 1-2 poms on it are fine, though, if there's nothing else to pom.

Whenever I run passion flare with the three casts, I try to get the Artemis attack as well. Try to prioritize snow burst after getting passion flare too as that will allow you to maximize your damage

Gotta make the most of what you get, and what you're getting now is a boon from Lord Ares... and the options he's showing you suck. Odds of getting at least one of the boons that actually do something are pretty good, though.

I ended up finding a chaos gate and it wasn’t a very good one but I got atrophic affluence early which isn’t too horrible and I ended up getting 2 more keys, one of which I used to get aphro attack

Tbh I don't recommend running Trippy Flare Hera until you have more rerolls unlocked.
Crush Shot with Infernal Soul being #1 aside, Trippy Flare only really comes close to that with Stygian Soul and extra ammo from Wells of Charon or from Master Chaos... and that requires lots of rerolls to have a decent chance.
And then you also typically want Mirage Shot to really get going, but that means 3 specific gods in your pool + a Duo Boon + ammo from Master Chaos... even getting Cast damage from Master Chaos instead of ammo isn't good cope because you'll be stuck with only one Cast.

Cosmic Egg doesn't make Chaos Gates appear and has no effect on Grasp boons. They're always +1 ammo regardless of rarity.
Hourglass and Sigil are the #1 picks in Hera speedruns for Elysium and the Temple of Styx.
