epilogue spoilers || The epilogue was fun, but I kind of wish that the feast scene was an actual location/event thing where we could have interacted with gods at the feast, and actually walked around and talked to them. The whole thing afterwards was just everyone talking about what happened at the feast, but i wish we could've actually been there, and heard some of the dialogue that they were talking about afterwards. It was still nice and worked as a a nice wrap up to the story, but extending out the feast scene a bit more would have been cool . Obviously I know that making 8 new olympian model and all that would have been a pain, but it would have been awesome if they did that.||

Because Demeter can cover you more easily while you get to ME.
Once you get ME, all the aspects play pretty similarly - you're really playing ME rather than the aspect at that point.

But you move forward with damage and Demeter can output way more damage more safely (and more flexibly) than Gilgamesh can. Until you have ME, Divine Dash isn't exactly putting out tons of damage

where are you reading this from? I think the gist is that there are certain resources you pick up during a run that don't go away after you die, so you accumulate resources that you can spend on buffing yourself
and also story progression, especially in early game

dying lots in the first chamber only "works" on god mode, since you do get buffed after every death up to a certain point, no other strings attached
but since you're on hell mode that's a moot point

No. 5 star doesn't affect whether or not you can use it against Hades.
There is a late game unlock that allows you to do so however.
Sisyphus and Skelly's work as normal however.
The reasoning is that the people who gave you the companion don't want to fight their boss for obvious reason. But neither Sisyphus nor Skelly works for Hades so it's cool.

Sea storm DOES proc splitting bolt
and then second wave also procs sea storm which also procs splitting bolt
and double strike works for both splitting bolt and sea storm
So what ends up happening
is that if you use any knock away boons
you get 40 damage (base) 4 times
could be even more with double strike
