Extreme measures can be risky, but if you get good enough at the fury fight or are using a weapon you’re comfy with it’s basically free. May as well take advantage of the fountain after the bossfight. It’s not like the first boss will proc any death defiance at that point.
The armored enemies getting bonus buffs is 1: used in a prophecy and 2: waiter useless or slightly inconvenient
I note this, and that it’s also 2 charges of heat level. So that’s a good one to use.

- How do you actually aim for stuff. Is it possible to aim for certain duos?
- Is there any point going for Epic stuff instead of legendary/duo?
- How does the fated buff work? How do I reroll stuff exactly?

A1: yes, you can check your codex, go to a specific olympian god and then check their boons or duos, and the boons you need to get the duo
A2: Yes! Some boons benefit greatly from epic rarity, like hermes boons.
3: You get an option to reroll, either on the boon screen or on a door (depending on the side of mirror you've picked). Theres a finite amount of rolls that you can do though, so you want to only reroll stuff that's actually important to you.
try the mirror perk out and you'll understand what I'm saying

Yeah, getting a fully unlocked mirror (even though those last few options take a while) is probably the quickest way to getting a file to "full" strength.
