I just want to say thank you so much the Supergiant for creating Hades. My health is deteriorating and has been since November. Some days are worse than others. But a thing that keeps me going is Hades. The engaging gameplay is one thing, but Zagreus' story is something that resonates even more so. He and I share a lot of struggles, and I see myself so much in him. I guess the one thing that resonates with me the most is his stubborness: even with all the odds against him, he keeps trying. I want to keep trying to. And maybe, I can reach the surface.

Some fun facts about cerberus in greek mythos: Yeah cerberus actually has very limiting descriptions, its believed he was actually "written" as a now extinct type of hound which was a unique dog breed to greece used as a guard dog known as a molossian. But since he was only described as "hound" I choose to believe he is a 3 headed dachshund lol. The snake themes moves all along his body from tail to maine and he can have both at the same time. Its also worth mentioning, cerberus is NOT actually a dog nor a hound but is meant to strictly be a monster, still goodest boy.
Final fact, many believe cerberus can be translated into spotted, meaning cerberus was named spot.

Oh well, super giant did amazing sneaking in greek mythos lore(seriously achilles was amazingly done) im amazed they've done as well as they have keeping it as accurate and still fresh and new.

As someone who is a pagan and a history and English major, the evolution of myths, legends, and folklore is something I find amazing. There is not one simple answer. So you can basically assume they were pretty similar gods being about fertility and madness (I dont honestly know if zagerues was quite the wine tasting drunk dionysus is)
