That's an oversimplification. That's the face he wears--the facade--but he's a lot more than that. He doesn't really know where he fits, or if the place he's been put is for him, he's got a lot less poise than his mother or brothers (at least compared to the ones we see), and he struggles to live up to his potential. He's sweet.

i remember one of my first deaths because it was kinda funny,, i had just met chaos and I didn't know what his boons did so I kinda just picked whichever and it was the one that took 4 hp per attack... needless to say with 50 hp and that effect, I died quickly hah

Is there a doc that goes into excruciating detail about how damages are calculated? I'm specifically looking for the answers to these questions:

do dash-strikes benefit from boons that boost Attack?
For Aspect of Hestia (rail with empowered shot after manual reload) what is factored into the final damage of that bolt?
If you fire Hestia it at the end of a dash does it benefit from Artemis' dash strike bonus?
Do dash strikes in general benefit from both attack bonuses and artemis' dash strike boon?
If you get the "shotgun" hammer upgrade on Hestia, does the purple empowered shot get the empowerment, or the first shotgun blast, and is the base damage of the empowered shot upped to the shotgun's 40 or does it keep calculating based on the normal base damage?

Yes. Dash strike is a sub category of attack. Square and rectangle.
It's just a normal attack with 150 base damage. So treat it like a normal attack.
Yes. Hunter Dash is highly recommended on Hestia, in fact.
Yes.
Spreadfire works on Hestia at close range. So you have an empower shot with longer range than the blast. If you are at point blank, your enemies get hit by both the shotgun blast and the empowered shot. If you are further away, your enemies get hit only by the empowered shot.
