I always play weapons without lvls lvling them, I'm pretty sure that every aspects are still good without, remember that Roguelike games relay more on your actual skill than in game upgrades.

Well, I am guessing you are asking because you don't know what ambrosia is for yet.
It's relevance comes in pretty late. However, titan's blood's relevance is more immediate and is a permanence weapon upgrade for future runs.
Ambrosia will be relevant later, but trading for 1 definitely won't hurt.
