I tried it the other day, and really enjoyed it, one of my fastest clears ||I got the hammer that made the special fire 3 times, and the Hermes boons that fired casts all at once and returned them to me automatically, so it'd basically take me 1.5s to blow up an entire room, and with Artemis/Demeter/Dionysus status effects on them. Add Chill on the attack and Snow Burst for more explosions XD||

if you dont get the dialogue, yeah. ||its required that the kill happened in your previous run. so you finish em3 theseus, the game checks that you've met the requirements and the poseidon dialogue might come up, but if you turn off em3 and keep trying for the dialogue, the requirement for that dialogue is no longer met after the first run||

There's tons of ways of mitigating ||the low HP, like HP+ from the Mirror, Cerberus trinket, HP+ from Chaos, concentrating on acquiring Centaur Hearts, and getting Athena shielding. By Elysium you should have more than enough HP.||
