Boons are situational, it depends on which weapon you're using, which state of the game you currently are. My advice to you is to try out plenty of them without being too worried if they are good or not. You'll get good on decision making soon enough

My favorite runs are Aspect Chiron Dionysus/Hades/ Aphrodite combinations. The combo of your special being able to stack all of hangover extremely quickly is fun
Though Imma try an Artemis/Aphrodite run on it for the duo boon

also try out an aphrodite on attack, ares on special with it at some point
it seems bad at first you just need a few extra boons and its actually crazy good (you need atleast the duo and the one that allows you to stack doom)
