I want to share something with all of you.

I've played through the whole test phase from the very beginning, saw many versions of the game and, at some point, got very frustrated. As it turns out, beta-testing is not a good thing for me, as I've become more and more disappointed because of my own expectations from future versions.

When the release came, I couldn't bring myself to play it. I've just hated the grind and all Infernal Arms made me bored in all of their versions. I've farmed a lot of resources, but I've needed even more for final levels, and it just made me angry. I've experienced no joy at all at this point in Hades.

I've deleted it for a while, I was happy for SG and they've made such a way and such a fanbase with this game, but I've decided that it's just not for me, I'll play Pyre again.

Time passed. I've watched fan-art on twitter, heated discussions, victory screens and didn't feel anything. Then, one day, YouTube suggested Hades soundtrack, and I've played it on the background while I was working.

On Lament, I've thought, hay, that's pretty good song actually. I didn't hear it much in the game.

On House of Hades, I've thought, maybe grind was too much at the end, but I liked the gameplay anyway. I've oughta try it in some other style, maybe?

On the tenth or so song, I was like "alright, alright, I get it, you want to play Hades again. But you won't like it! You'll grow all weary and tired again!"

At the end, I've bough it for Switch. Played it from the very start. And then it opened to me. I realized what a way was made from the very start through the whole testing phase as I've played it. It was balanced. The progression was nice. Random was sometimes infuriating (10 Exagryph runs without Triple Bomb once, seriously?), but it was mostly smooth and fun.

And I've fell in love again. I've tried new combinations and liked it. I'm playing it as if for the first time and I'm glad that I can feel joy so pure from Hades again.

but you can trade for more at the broker
