Yes we've checked that and it seems to be all, but sometimes there are requirements not mentioned in the lists, as for the Daedalus upgrade that you can't have with the Chiron Aspect for example. I just figured that there may be such a thing in that case too.

Demeter's boon doesnt care where the casts are, as long as your counter next to the health bar is 0, so taking Stygian Soul would be detrimental since you'd have to continuously shoot the cast every three seconds to get the boost
