if you're at that point, i recommend adding the ||extreme measures heat only - EM1-3 are pretty easy and dont make any other fights harder than the first 3 bosses (and not too much harder, which is nice)||

i'd recommend against ||EM4 unless you're comfortable with EM3 and winning the last fight without breaking a sweat - EM4|| is genuinely difficult

a lot of times when i use fated persuasion, the well or god just gives me most or all of the exact same options sometimes rearranged in order sometimes exactly the same, is this something that should be happening? it's kinda frustrating and feels like a total waste of fated persuasions

but sometimes you kinda want one of those boons but at a higher rarity and rolling it can get you that (usually going from common to rare), though its kinda risky imo

imo, if it's rarity the player wants then there are lots of ways to get higher rarity chances (Yarn of Ariadne, Eurydice a few of the mirror upgrades, even some boons), so rerolls should be for a completely new set of boons. but ig that's up to the game devs

hey anyone here know, is there currently a bug with ||Hidden spear aspect and triple dash strike upgrade?|| I just had a run where it would constantly do a normal ||3rd 'combo' hit (It doesn't really have a combo, but there are 3 different animations for attack 1 2 and 3|| when trying to dash strike with the upgrade, and would be kind of locked into it until I'd reset and start dash striking again, until it would randomly happen again, very annoying

I don't know on high ||heat|| levels, but on low ||heat||, poseidon's call paired with the one that attracts the enemy during the call and extends the duration makes boss fights trivial, imo

The game keeps a permanent save file which is updated each time the screen goes blank in the house of hades "Going inside different rooms. The game doesn't save when you enter a new run but instead..
The game saves a temporary save file each time you finish an encounter then saves after choosing a boon and then deletes the temporary save file till you finish the next encounter

if you somehow quit the game or have the game crashed during having the save file deleted its then gone and you return to the last permanent save checkpoint "The Armory"

That's why if you enter a run again without changing keepsake or weapon or giving nectar to anyone you will actually have the same run exactly

same gods same boon choices same everything

I believe this is made to avoid Save scums.

I sometimes use this to my advantage tho by giving up or closing the game after knowing which god will appear first so as not take a god keepsake in Tarturas

Finished it, loved it, masterpiece. Now here's a small thing you could add to help bring it home.
When you finish the game and get credits for first time and ||get back to the House of Hades You should make it possible to give Nectar to Hades himself with a scene going like this.

@limber sorrel I cant play ROR2 at all pretty much, so I guess that one by default

I prefer Hades but they're completely different games and experiences

Since my platform of choice is the switch, RoR2 is harder to me

Shooters don't do so well on consoles for me, especially when it's one relying on precision and quick reflexes as RoR2

RoR2's itemisation feels awful to me

Whereas in Hades you can generally make something work

RoR2 snowballs way more than Hades I think, good runs you can be completely invincible and bad runs you get 1 shotted across the map. Hades is pretty consistent with challenges and possible upgrades.

Of course if your using the artifact of command then everything can be trivial.
