I think she shows up more often if extreme measures is on. I was having the issue where she would show up, but all three weren't showing up at the same time, and I have an arbitrary feeling that some point of the quest requires all three furies to be together in the fight

just had one of the most interesting builds i can think of. hera bow with 7 bloodstones thanks to artemis legendary and chaos, and double cast thanks to artemis, and support fire also thanks to artemis of course, plus i had triple shot hammer upgrade. so each time i fired, i would fire three arrows, from that two support arrows and 7*2 cast arrows would fire, and from those 7 more support arrows would fire. so each shot would eventually generate 26 projectiles, most of which would be slithering around the room on a long path, devouring enemies like a snake or, if other arrows destroyed them first, then moving through to the next enemy
and at one point i had 9 casts thanks to multiple wells lol, so that should bump it up to... 33 projectiles?
the only thing i reaally wish i'd had was hermes flurry cast

Mmmmh... depends on the weapon. There was that one time I made a sword special build with Poseidon sword and picked Poseidon dash without thinking. Holy crap did I regret that. And of course, the pools of purging were unhelpful. Ended up not using special at all and making a Dio cast build.

Oh. Well, that's certainly unfortunate. Had that happen too. Way annoying. Also had a similar situation with Hera bow.
(although I did get a cast for that one... Aphro cast... it's just that I got it in common rarity and poms only offered to upgrade it once... still, not that bad... if you don't count the fact that the spread happens AFTER it hits the enemy, and thus doesn't do the whole damage, making Aphro cast garbage for this aspect)

Quick Reload. That run was fun, although I still have no idea what triggered the cast multiplying bug. Could be cast with Hera, could be explosive shot with Hera, could be all three combining, could be something else.

Another thing... Was there any mention of changes to Hell Mode? After starting the game I quickly started a new save in Hell Mode to make it as challenging as possible. It was fun the first couple runs, but once you start grinding heat runs it mostly just becomes exhausting and isn't very rewarding compared to normal save file heat runs. The difference eventually basically only turns into not being able to ever use more than 2500 Darkness.
