I mean the debuff would stay on but not activate until you hit them a second time with the Haephestus boon
so if it's on your special, and you hit them once with the special and then just attack w/aphro boon, the haephestus debuff wouldn't proc and privileged status would stay active because weak+haeph until you used special again.
