i've got a question, if you start the run with a god keepsake, then after first boss, you keep the same keepsake equipped, should the first boon you find on the second area be from that god because of the keepsake? or is it wasted and you are not guaranteed first boon from that god?

26th run, and at last I got past the Styx! Surprisingly with the spear, the weapon I like the least. got two upgrades to improve the basic attack, got multiple pomegranates... And then Hades had two health bars and it's hellish trying to dodge him, groan. And he whipped me back home. 😛

considering I had a heroic and an epic upgrade to normal attack damage on the spear, at levels 4 and 5... I doubt I could've made that spear any stronger on regular attack.
Oh, and chain lightning on cast? That's such a lifesaver for crowds of little guys.

In God Mode, the more you die, the more you increase your resistance in total, that is absolute, it is increasing up to 2% each time you die and it maxes out at 80% (?) that's what someone here said, I haven't maxed out yet, but getting close to it, I am around 68% right now.

@crimson grove Unlock Conoracht Bow Aspect - Third and Final Bow, Golden Hue, hit one attack at an enemy, press special three times, profit. Make use of the special having either Dionysus' Poison or Artemis/Zeus Critical Boons, have Athena's dash or Are's dash, and if you can get the one boon that is making your charging attack in to a normal spam attack, get it.

Coronacht bow and Chaos shield are really the only ones that can make me feel truly OP and even speedrun the game, best score I had was 19 mins with the shield, imagine that.

Achilles Spear is another perfect option, but it works best with Athena/Zeus in my opinion.

Also, don't forget Herme's speed for dodge/special, grab either, not mandatory but very useful.
