I just finished a run where i tried to do the Poseidon aspect cast build. Hermes was a real jerk and refused to give me rapid fire casts 3 times in a row.

Does getting to the stage you can give some npcs Ambrosia (like skelly) give you a reward? Or its all just for Lore and Ambrosia is best spent at the trader for bloods
(wiki only says a few npcs take Ambrosia after they got enough gifts but nothing else)

You gotta get to that point and try it yourself. Gifting ambrosia will give you a reward if the character can accept it.
As for if you'd rather spend it at the trader, that's your judgement call.

I played through Pyre twice. I have one problem with Pyre that also applies to Transistor. Which is that they set up this super-interesting world and then were like "nah this isn't about answers to the big questions, this is about character writing." I like characters, but... Pyre sets up such a tantalizing world and gives very little answers for important parts of it!

Is there a chance that they could add a custom set of starting boons onto the pact runs? Increase heat by 1-3 per boon gained from a starting god. I know this isn't the Feedback or Suggestions pages, but I don't have any form of access to those. It would help the speedrunning community a lot if you could add something like that.

Well make it so you can gain nothing from rooms while using this option, placing a cap on the number of boons chosen, and giving more heat for the less boons you choose.
So lets say the cap was 7 boons and you can increase the heat by choosing 0-6 boons

yeah, but it gives the option of boonless runs and "Full build" runs for categories. Since the idea of doing a full run where you cannot pick up boons, darkness, hammers, gold, or gems sounds like a really difficult thing to do

Doing a full run without boons is entirely possible with Hp boosters. In fact speedrunners rely more on Hp boosters as a consistent way to get through a run than they do boons
Like If you're running then you want to get above 200hp so you can consistently beat hades

Poseidon aspect sword is interesting if you focus on Artemis boons. Crit cast, double arrows, Mirror upgrade "marks" targets, and then you slap ammo out of them with your Special.
Is Hestia aspect on the Rail interesting? The manual reload one. It just doesn't look very interactive on paper, whereas Eris aspect was something I'd found myself doing anyway and wanted to be rewarded for it.

Hestia aspect is really good once you get the rhythm down. fire-reload-dash-fire repeat. reloading while dashing keeps you mobile while dumping 150 damage shots on everything. It combines really well with Artemis's dash attack boon and ares's damage boost on kill, letting you chain 400-600 damage oneshots in encounters.
Consider that Zag aspect adds 12 ammo per reload, but Hestia aspect does 15 ammo worth of damage upfront.

you can get the list of minor prophecies from the contractor(next to hades in the house) and they are sort of in game completion stuff achievements that give something when completed
and difficulty becomes available once you beat the game once i think
whenever you enter a run you see the pact of punishment with a list of options to make parts of the game harder
(and there is a reward for each point of difficulty level for each weapon from bosses, repeat kills only give darkness)

if you're good enough to not get hit most rooms and there's really no other keepsakes you want to take then it's a good idea there too
though then this assumes you're winning every time

If you quit as soon as you enter a room it'll save your current position
If you take damage in that room and try to quit
It'll return you to hub as though the run never happened
It's like that to prevent people cheating

So if you open up your codex, you'll see hearts next to npc names. The empty hearts are how many nectar (and later ||ambrosia||) you can give. The first one for each npc ||unlocks a keepsake.|| and then after that its dialogue
