is just sacrifice a full dd and then do some damage like

You gain god gauge equal to like 60% of the damage taken as a percentage of your max hp so if you want to ensure you get it with no auxilary boons

killing freeze and hangover tend to charge your god gauge really fast since they’re lots of tiny hits

Hestia is just a sniper rifle with big damage, but it needs a lot of levels

Eris just takes the average rail build and cranks it to 11 with built-in global additive so it should be fine at any amount of levels

Fists is sort of lightning but the more powerful less consistent option is just building toward merciful end instead

With ares strike / athena special / athena dash and their duo which causes deflecting damage sources to instantly drop doom, you can dash-strike into enemies and immediately prok and drop doom

Now lightning works as well and is going to be more consistent

honestly dio strike isn’t even a bad option for fists either

you can make more use of your god gauge

with aphro if you’re trying to get damage you have to get to the full 100% and that might happen like once or twice in a boss fight and you have half the god gauge left over by the time you kill Hades

but

with minicalls you could easy make use of that extra 50% you wouldn’t have otherwise used

so the max you can normally get for family favourites is +25% (4 regular olympians, + hermes)

Beo for shield is arguably fastest aspect in the game, but isn't as good at high heat
Rama is very good at high heat and I think solid at speedrunning but don't quite me on that
Lucifer and Gilgamesh are both alright but eris and demeter are better respectively im pretty sure

And idk what Arthur even does so

meg/achilles/skelly/dusa/thanatos/sisyphus all give you something more for gameplay if you pursue their storylines/relationship to max

Sisyphus/Orpheus/Patroclus all have contracts with Hades you can either resolve or edit so their punishments are mostly if not completely dealt with

Meg Than and dusa also happen to be “romanceable” npcs if you’re interested in that, the options pop up when you get past their locked hearts

I think it’s worth it to max relationship with every npc but if you’re looking for the big ticket ones

And the skelly statue for doing 32 only needs you to do 32 heat once so typically people just jump straight from 20 to 32 since there are no more bounties

Yeah my best runs with it have been with Artemis stack (Deadly Flourish, Hunter's Mark, etc.) or Aphrodite stack (Heartbreak Flourish, Sweet Surrender, Unhealthy Fixation, etc.)

Get Nyx and Chaos to start talking about reuniting with each other, eventually a prophecy and work order will appear linked to it that costs a lot of darkness

Fiery/Shadow Presence depends on the weapon but usually fiery
Cthonic Vitalty > Dark Regen: way more consistent, more value, and value when it matters over your runs.
Death Defiance > Stubborn outside of high heat, where regular rooms are worse than boss fights
Greater Reflex: more dashes = more dash strikes = more dps, and mobility/defence
boiling blood: damage
Infernal vs Stygian: depends on the build
Deep pockets >>> golden touch: money now is more important (especially if it lets you buy a god you care about in tartarus) plus you should be using your obols frequently
Thick Skin > HC unless you’re speedrunning
Family Favourite for 99% of builds
Dark Foresight: 7 more gold laurel rewards is far more valuable than rare chance
Gods pride: duos are consistent enough if you know what you’re doing, take the upgraded boons(especially for hermes and chaos odds)
Fated Persuasion: rerolling hermes boons alone makes this so much better than authority, then factor in Chaos, wells, purging pools, regular boons, etc

thats a full hangover stack on one enemy and if you have the duo with aphro you will get to 8 if you just keep cycling
