The "avoid all gods you don't need" mentality only works from a new save file becauae for story reasons the game requires zag to have met gods in the run for them to appear in shops
So fill the pool as soon as possible as soon as you have all gods you need
(Or fill to 3 if you plan on forcing the 4th one next biome)

Honestly aside from whoever you choose for your strike, the main thing is going to be hammers with twin shot >= triple shot > flurry shot >= perfect shot = point blank shot > explosive shot
like that’d be my decision making process whenever a hammer comes up
and then sourcing as much strike +% and dash strike +% as possible from chaos

Iope, Aegle, Perigune, Periboea, Phereboea, Ariadne, Phaedra, not a lover but Minos lusted for him, Oedipus, Hippolyta (or Antiope but who gaf about her), Heracles, Pirithous, Hermes (I have evidence).
In Hades you can add Asterius but Thesterius has worn me out. Don't really like it much. My favorite of them was Hippolyta.

He saved Periboea from Minos, and he was also sexually harassed by minos. He protected the daughters of Oedipus. He saved the youths of lapiths from the centaurs in the Centauromachy. Even if it ended up being a lie he tried to protect Phaedra.

We wanted a mix of those big iconic names from Greek myth, such as Hades and Athena, and also some less-well-known ones such as Hypnos and Megaera. Part of it is just... the canon myth around some of these characters is so fascinating that it's kind of shocking to me they're not portrayed in media more often. Primordial Chaos is my favorite example of this... the idea that everything sprang from Chaos is like straight out of a heavy metal album cover, and in a story that's ultimately about family, having the great-great grandparent in there made a lot of sense.
The game also is about a specific story, so a character like Demeter has way more of a connection to it inherently than a character like Apollo. Even though Apollo is way better known than Demeter, we opted to include characters that fit the story best. Tisiphone, Alecto, Patroclus, and Demeter were characters we didn't always think would end up in this game but made more and more sense as we moved forward.

uhh idk tips for every single elysium enemy but
for the elysium champs, hard focus asterius before going for theseus. if you're not using shield, the best way to avoid asterius's bull rush is to dash straight through a pillar to bait him into running into it. if you have a greater call or spare summon, save it until theseus calls down a god.
as for poison, keep track where the antidote wells are whenever you encounter enemies with poison and rush to them asap if you do get poisoned. pause if you need a second to look around

i dont remember what the names were called but just take a look at the list of minor prophecies
the mirror one is way easy, just turn the mirror options to the side that you dont usually use
assuming you have cleared atleast one run with your usual set of mirror thingies you will get the prophecie if you just turn everything around
and the other one is escaping with every heat option
do note that there is one heat option that turns off your mirror so you wont get the ones that got turned off for the mirror prophecie
so i would do 2 runs
one with cover the mirror prophecie with half of the heat options on and another run with the other heat options

you can pick and chose packs to they dont combine to be too bad, for instnace you might want to avoid giving enemies 20% more dmg, 15% more hp, 20% more speed, 20% more enemies etc
in this settup above i think if you take away the 20% + speed it would be alright

If you're running AP0 RI0, run EM4 all you want. Otherwise, you may have trouble keeping up with timer or beating EM4 even time-constraints aside (due to the fight's difficulty and occasional unfairness).

To be clear you can also JS3 C1/2 but this causes a lot of BS in rooms so I'd advise against it
And this being high heat, rooms are often more dangerous and time-consuming than bosses

with this it would be the first pact I did 50 beo with, yes. beo cannot handle DC or RI3, so the (definitely worse) alternative is CP2
one can also technically AP2 RI2 and run aphro cast (high rarity- and pom-scaling), but that does not pair too well with the EM4 idea.
^ to be clear, there is more than one way to play high heat (below like 53), this is just the theory I have the most reasons to believe in
