the levels make them better but the first level gives you a good enough change by itself

Nyaanyaa's Fishing Guide
There can only be three fake bobs, so the fourth bob is always real if the first three were fake. Fake bobs have an interval of 2-5 seconds while the real bob has an interval of 1-2 seconds. So if it takes more than 2 seconds, it should be a fake bob. Meaning you should look for the real bob within a short time after you start fishing or within a short time after a previous bob.

Personally, I just look for the white flash above the bobber and ignore the bobber itself. Some players have said they have better success when putting their thumb on the bobber to not get distracted by that, so maybe you could give that a try.

A Perfect Catch means catching a fish within 340ms. Perfect Catches are 50/50 on being a legendary or rare fish. Any other catch is 50/50 on being a rare or common fish

Hey any tips for heat progression and titan blood usage? For now I've been going 1 heat at a time but it was a bit easy so I jumped up to 12 and now I'm not sure should I stay there while I get some more wins or are there any heat thresholds which are good to pass

Also, which weapons are titan blood hungry? I was planning on levelling up those I enjoy but some obviously benefit more than others (ie. arthur doesn't really benefit compared to guan yu)

you can progress at any rate you want, if you're planning to climb to very high heat it's recommended to have forced overtime and extreme measures on at all times to get used to them

as long as you’re consistent with perfect catches you’ll be good

Trout is a bit counter intuitive because you have to get a regular catch for it in the overworld

The odds in chaos are like 7% so

it’s understandable

but greece has a 20% chance of giving you a fishing spot

So on average you should get a shot once every 5 runs

Hermes attack speed boons are good, very important for making slower weapons work
I got him on Gilgamesh with a 30% speed buff and absolutely wrecked house

Zeus you really just need your core boon and jolted, and everything else is extra, but zeus’s supporting boons are just the most useful for his own builds

compared to any other God, zeus synergises so much with himself

I’m not arguing about it’s functionality from 0-20 heat where literally anything is viable

As someone who plays at the more extreme parts of the game, be it speedrunning or high heat, the speed (or rather slow) or chiron really sticks out

especially when the bow’s regular dash strike is right there
