I assume you are talkign about the companions: There are six of them, one for ||Skelly, Dusa, Meg, Than, Achilles and Sisyphus||. You need to max their hearts to get them, the last heart needing an Ambrosia, and to complete a sidequest involving them, which most of the time is just... Talking to them (and ||patroclus in the case of Achilles||).
To get the hidden aspect of the gloves you first need to unlock guan yu with the following:
- 5 Infernal Arms Aspects unlocked with Titan Blood (does not include each Aspect of Zagreus). This will cost a total of 5-10
*Reach the final boss (victory not required)
*||Achilles|| will eventually give you an unlock phrase. Unlock the spear
invest 5 titan blood on fists aspects
then grab the fists(any aspect), eventually when talking to ||Asterius|| while using the gloves, he'll give you an unlock phrase. Die/win the run (giving up does not progress the story), then go to the fists to unlock it
