It depends on what you mean by that. You could consider using god mode with any aspect, but if you don't want to do that are looking for the simplest/most consistent aspect, it still depends on your playstyle a bit. If I had to pick one, I'd probably say something like Hestia Rail with Fiery Prescense, since that allows you to clear rooms safely and reasonably easily since you one-shot most things

Hera bow, Eris rail are probably best for damage considering what I assume to be your current progress

Hera -> aphrodite cast start, demeter snow burst, and a bunch of poms into the cast

Eris -> zeus attack, poseidon dash with some poms, and any special that scales off of the base damage of it.
If you want to 1-shot most enemies on Eris you will want the combination of "Rocket Bomb" and "Cluster Bomb" hammers, though other combinations of hammers can work too.
