does a lot of extra damage but shouldn't necessarily change how you'd play, it just hits breakpoints faster

That's not necessarily true, if you're trying to maximize your damage then maximizing the number of explosive returns you do is important. When you get ER you should switch your style to doing short bullrushes+trigger ER or standing strikes+ER-spam or some variation of that.
Even so congrats on 32 zeus, it's a hard aspect to crack.

those last 3 enemies are kinda what you wanna be doing the whole run

in tart you can play more attack heavy since those die a lot faster

the tankier stuff you'll need the special for faster kills

What I found most difficult about EM4 was the additional range on the spin. I had got so used to dashing through the spin that on EM4 it got me every time. Took ages to re-learn how to avoid it.

When you end on magma you don't take damage for a bit longer than normal but then it kicks in and hp go brrr

but no, you are right there, and if you don't dash, you will die, if you aren't paying attention for long enough

and i maintain that once i kill the big bad i shouldn't have to pay attention
