I think so, then they nerfed to 2 when they revamped. Heat was the boss reward before there was titans blood, ambrosia or diamonds. When the pact was first introduced, Heat went up a lot higher but scaled more slowly. 120 Heat back then equals 32 Heat now.

In most games this is set under one setting, so you have to pick one of them, in Hades it for some reason isn't. As far as I know the borderless setting does absolutely nothing while fullscreen is set

Zeus boons adds a lightning that do its own dmg, dashes, dio with hangover, ares with doom
For example of global dmg boosts being amazing on flat dmg (and fast hitting weapons)
Eris gives you a +75% global boost for 4 seconds after standing in your special explosion
Now both your attack and lightning strike get that boost

because most of his lightning relies on their being another enemy
not always true in boss fights from moment to moment
and the enemies arent' always near enough the boss for the lightning

Static discharge is a pretty big dmg increase for single enemies, double strike if you are using call/special/dash then the legendary makes everything from zeus even more busted
8f you cant barely see on the screen because you are shooting so much lightning around then you are doing good

A slow weapon wont benefit from lightning strike
Where a fast weapon will create easily even more lightning

the only way you can rng manip would be the anvil in styx
unless you route a whole run from start to second hammer
if you mean like to guarantee clockets from hammers alone, then that's not feasible unless you have an rng manip mod or are using the eris route

Sea storm is fun. Do you use controller? Try it in Lucifer attack (or special) with Eternal Chamber.
Funny stuff happens. Your attack will alternate between targets which I believe should release more bolts than usual.
Because the attack is pushing back constantly, auto aim will constantly search for a new, closer target

Just has a certain skill requirement. You gotta learn a skill to use it. I suggest pouring some blood into the Zagreus aspect of bow, do a crit-heavy build, and see how you like it.
