there's a UI prompt for "greater call button exists/you've charged the meter" even when the bars invisible and you don't have a call at the beginning of a run
I think the weirdest thing about FO2/EM4 (well FO1 too for that matter) is I don't really destroy skulls unless they're extremely close (or I'm not able to just like, go to the other side of the arena and avoid the blast entirely)
