Well, although that is a good build, it's also very inconsistent because you need some very specific things, a better, more consistent build would be simply Flood Flare instead of Passion Flare and just go straight for Mirage shot. The alternative is to go for Passion Flare with Snow Burst and run Pstatus on the mirror, this is seen more often in High Heat runs where getting Mirage is not really feasible, so this build doesn't rely on it, but it's also gonna end up doing less damage than the average Flood Flare build (assuming you know how to scale it)

Yeah, Passion Flare build just aim for Snow Burst (Frost Strike is a decent alternative) and use Privileged Status. There's also some potential to get Smoldering Air, Heart Rend, etc., so that's nice.
And in any case, look for lots of poms on your Cast + bonus Cast damage/ammo from Master Chaos and from Wells of Charon.

Only if you're really struggling with poison, but a better solution for that is to work on your builds to shred through Satyr tunnels with e.g. Tidal Dash + Breaking Wave. That'll solve any poison problems.
Acorn is better for the fight vs Hades.
Well, Broken Spearpoint can also be good for EM4 if you have high HP.
