i was stuck on them for a long time too, but now i can kill both pretty fast with any weapon. i think major things are this: a) are you building correctly and do you have enough dps. for me this was the biggest issue cuz i was mostly dashing correctly but it was taking so long that i would make mistakes and die before i could kill them. to fix this you just gotta learn what builds work for each weapon. b) are you dodging correctly in order to maximize dps. for ex for asterius i used to run away from him to dodge but actually when he does that thing where he leaps in the air and lands on the ground you should dodge through him so you're behind him, and then free dmg on him for a few seconds and rise and repeat. for theseus really try to maximize as much dps in the time that his back is turned to you after he throws the spear. aka dash immediately to him rly fast when the spear misses. eventually as you get better you can also dash through his spin attack and also occasionally just walk behind him lmao
