i generally don't mind spending a bit more for good quality glasses that fit me, especially since i usually end up wearing the same pair of glasses for years at a time. but there are cheaper options out there. i hear that you can buy cheap frames and visit the optometrists to get prescription lenses put in them

The salt percentage is measured to the gram so the bad stuff doesn't grow but allows the good bacteria to ferment the peppers, onions, carrots, etc safely
You can see bubbles rise inside, and once they stop it means it's ready. Usually a month long process but I have habaneros that have fermented over 4 months right now
And it smells PHENOMENAL.

Golden Obol uses hungarian peppers, golden beets and carrots, and sweet onion. Not very spicy but SUPER delicious and a favorite
Manticore's Sting uses local peaches with habaneros and fresnos, and a few scorpion peppers
