Dead cells definitely gives more favor to melee weapons now even if some stuff like quick bow is extremely neat to utilize
Enter the Gungeon has wide choice of close range guns that just blow off enemies compared to more sniper-ish choices
The Binding of Isaac also commonly favors "melee" items like Sac Dagger/Mom's Knife
Other games like Son of a Witch, Lost Castle, and a bunch of platformers I confused for roguelikes
I guess it's just that ranged feels a lot more safe than melee feels faster

Anyone have recommendations for a decent free video editing software? Got a Hades video I want to make and my only budget is free time.

DaVinci Resolve is good, the learning curve is not that steep for very basic editing
If you just want to do very light editing (apply filter, cut, trim, omit audio, etc.) you can use avidemux
Which is extremely fast and easy as it doesn't rerender the video, and it can convert video formats, too
