He's kind, determined, invested in everyone--but I love how he occasionally gets angry; one of his Statuses was once "arguing with [the Moon-Touched Girl']" and I've always wanted to know what that was about. I remember watching a video about how music in Hollywood films has just become a homogenized standard droning sound in the background.
Not to open a can of worms, but in most Marvel films there's no memorable music. It's funny because Disney is so well known for their music, but I don't wanna rant even more.
That said, you might think Call of Duty would have a kick-ass soundtrack. Nope. Can't think of a single song. You see a CoD advertizement and it's a remix of Sweet Dreams playing in the background. Could you imagine what they may have made with the budget to license that song?
Rant aside, I love that Supergiant prioritizes music. ❤

Glad you dig the vibes! For the Pyre soundtrack in particular, I was going for a sort of warm 70s production aesthetic for the most part. Warm fuzzy bass, super deep/dead drums, etc. Maybe that’s part of it?
