Hi people! A friend of mine is trying to play pyre and it's having issues with the game

For some reason the game uses all the CPU possible and when it reaches the max their pc shutsdown because the CPU overheated

it's the first time i heard of this and when I played it I didn't have such an issue, is this a known problem? Is there a permanent solution?

So far the only thing they could tho is capping the CPU usage of the .exe but that needs to be done everytime it is executed

Hey all! I've been on a Supergiant streamathon! On my PS4 I'm going for the platinum trophies on all 4 Supergiant games! Finished Transistor, beat Bastion recently, got that platinum (That Stranger's dream is really tough), and now streaming Pyre! Pyre is surprisingly the best game to stream right now, I enjoy doing voices for the characters haha

It's a shame people didn't play this enough, my favorite character (Don't know his name) is the hype man for the Rites, always wishing for the player's demise, even though he is already voiced I like doing his voice, my wife doesn't.

So I just started replaying Pyre last night.
There doesn't seem to be any well documented guides for specific routes and epilogue options for who you ascend (or don't) and the fandom wiki seems to be lacking in the lore department.
There is so much to this video games lore that I have so many questions for. I know the pages you unlock in the Rite books help unravel some of the mysteries, I'm just wondering if any in the community have already gathered and pieces together the world's lore and the like.

Mmkay. Could you try setting the launch option /PS4Gamepad=true ? I'm not certain if that will help but it's worth a try.
