It's definitely in the top half of rivals fights for difficulty

My ranking generally from hardest to easiest rivals is
Chronos
Scylla
Typhon
Prometheus+Heracles
Hecate
Eris
Cerb
Polyphemus

But those bottom 3 are very interchangeable based on your weapon and, depending on your skill with dodging telegraphed attacks, typhon may be easier than Promacles

And some people even consider rivals scylla harder than chronos because at least chronos is mostly predictable

Scylla has a million moving parts to where there's no patterns, just spatial awareness

So alternate if you're good at dodging and have more trouble with awareness is probably
Scylla
Promacles
Chronos
Typhon
Hecate
Poly
Eris
Cerb

Since Poly can screw you a bit with poison puddles and lubbers if you're not paying attention

Promacles and Scylla will eat you alive if you stop paying attention for even a second

Yes but even an epic pyro roll with jpom is limited to 275/s

And a good flame flourish is like 75-90 per hit

So you're gonna take multiple seconds to burn through that if you're fully charging your ospec or using trick knives

Speaking of, I need to do a trick knives pan run

It sounds really fun

Epic with jpom is 80/hit

So you're applying 800 per ospec if every knife hits

If the enemy is already dead then it's just wasted damage

Meanwhile wave flourish is 50/hit but applies instantly

Can also get froth which adds damage

Other issue is scorch’s damage freezes if it’s actively being applied if I’m correct

So that only further delays how long it’ll take to hurt them

If you get freezer burn it’s insane damage but otherwise not worth using imho

Also you’ll likely be going for reaper knives or something which would give you more use out of a % buff rather than a flat buff due to the extra power

But reaper knives is obviously still nice due to the extra size regardless

Medea is just so unbelievably godly at speed that you literally just turn your brain off, hold auto fire special and occasionally press attack

In 62, it was easy because u could just use Unseen card and spam omega special with hidden helix early..
I even tried it on 65 but dropping artificer felt so bad.

I also tried with hecuba afew runs to see if u can spam omega specials early.. its not too bad

Yeah I opted for sorceress persistence and artif for 65 so you can try and survive with 3 omega specials (90 Magick)

67 is where it gets rough 😂

I pray for the person who ends up doing the first 67 UW Supay clear. Cuz it’s gonna be a grindfest to get an optimal Erebus 😭
