My main part I’m falling behind on is ephyra and Thessaly since I’m already like 30 seconds behind usually by the time I beat Polyphemus. I think my best ever pace past that was maybe 1:50

wooden bridge should actually be orange and I'd make divided room w/ piles of shields green. that one is typically a faster room for me

Yes. It's not like the Chaos curses that damage you for attack/special/cast, it actually kills you.

It does so by hitting you for something like five damage every second when your timer has expired, so you also can't deal with it by just tanking one big hit the way that you can with the Expiring curse

55f surface with my beloved Nyx, Sworn Flourish -> Volcanic Flourish in end shop but Hitch was the most important thing in the whole run, even without Shimmering Rockets, the Nightspawn spreads Hitch so well and made timer a complete non-issue

It’s very safe so you’d have a good time with it. Main strat is to drop your casts to give yourself a safe zone (ideally Storm ring) then keep Dash Attack->Specialling all enemies at a safe distance
