Yeah I literally only take divine vengeance if I have to or if I’m doing heinous affront since it becomes a great damage buff in that case

Bare minimum an extra 100 damage on first hit is good, then add on double strike and the inherent multi hit chance and it’s pretty nice

But it does take some work to make worth it at all and you can’t say the same about as many of most other gods’ boons

Most gods have a majority worth taking and only a few stinkers

Zeus is definitely more half and half

There are built in time gates at all bosses so what matters is the time you take in each region. Ideally, you'd get to hecate 1:0x-1:1x and be in oceanus in the 1:3x-1:4x range. For normal sub 6 runs, Im usually in fields by 2:4x-2:5x.

It basically buffs the Nergal gimmick so that it lasts longer and you get more healing out of it

Yeah it hitting other enemies helps a lot with room clear, something blades often has trouble with

Hitch is fun on it since you can get hitch on the main enemy and then it will hit other guys and deal damage back to the main guy all with the same oattack

I like to run Hera attack and heph special to really get burst on single enemies but still have decent room clear

Though you can go other options of course

It CAN do a lot of damage but it takes setup

If it was something like firing all 5 shots with less channel at once then it would be better

I know I took 200 damage (whoops) but I had a way easier time watching his moves and anticipating what was coming. Funniest clear so far lol first Frenzy 2 attempt (didn't get my love Lightning Lance + Winner's Circle sadly) got Chaos 100% coins + defiance and Buried Treasure so I had 1800+ coins at the final shop, then I got the Hermes legendary so I basically had 450 extra health from Chaos + Hermes

So I basically took over 400 damage from the final boss lol
