Boated has a good video on it, you want to take out the tentacles around roxy and then pick her off, and then go round and do the other tentacles and then jetty and scylla

I'm no pro and only just did my 16 fear run, but the priority I run is
Charybdis > Scylla > Jetty > Roxy
I stay on my toes a lot so pop up AoEs is easier for me than trying to manage others with the tentacles still up.
Also it means I can listen to the ashley barrett Vocal tracks which is another benefit.
