Like, conceptually, I like the way that Rivals Cerb gets buffed (for the most part) but I think the manner of fighting Rivals Prom is more transformative from an engagement standpoint. The big expanding AOE only hurts you on the edges, so you just iframe past the edge when it's going outward and keep hitting her

The fast little flames go in a predictable pattern, so just keep moving behind her and dash out of the way when the flames are on their return path

If you haven't done the Acceptance of Another Fate incantation (which requires completing the epilogue, among other things), undoing night is doing absolutely jack squat to reset your RNG

You'll have to die in a run to fully reset your RNG if you don't have that unlocked

You've got to go out of your way to level it up. Once it's max level, you'll end up at final boss with at least 20% buff left (as long as you don't take extra encounters in Tartarus ofc)

It's a special ability, like Hecuba's stun or Gale's damage block

You can find the description of your familiar's abililties, even in the middle of a run, by opening your boon menu and hovering over the familiar icon in that list

Yeah, the issue with Frinos is that his movement is slow and lackadaisical. So you need to maneuver him into place (or run to hide behind him lol)

It's not like Gale where she's a quick lil gal who's right by your side at all times ready to Madam President you automatically

The thing i hate about Gale is her dodge only 3 per region. Gonna be so hard. If only the dodge thing worked when below 25 hp

Nope, her dodge is 6% the entire run. Her blocks are three per region.

Dotted line probably means you took Shameless Attitude, it's showing you what 80% health is

That way you don't have to do math mid-combat to know if you're over the threshold

Gale is the best defensive familiar and its not close, 6% dodge over a whole run is multiple hits, and 3 blocks a region is a bunch of effective hp

Yeah, you can also just dash iframe if you lose track. I try not to rely on this myself because my timing/reflexes are crap

the easiest way to get nergal clears is with psychic whirlwind and a % boon on attack, but whether someone cleared without whirlwind, I dont know

Although people got clears on 67 (MAX) Fear with aspects like mel axe and artemis which are considered very low tier so I guess someone will find a way to get nergal clears eventually

Cause there's other gods now, so Athena Artemis and Dio became special encounters
