65 is a weird zone where you have to introduce way more rng
62 is max fear without disabling any arcana
67 disables all arcana
stuff between that disables some arcana so you end up running "judgement" which activates random cards after each boss, so you're subject to rng to get what you want

so my impression is that fewer ppl are going to be interested in that compared to 62 and 67 which are also very hard but don't have annoying rng reliance to the same extent

Currently no, the most we have is a seeded run but that one was heavily modded and uses quit-outs + resets to effectively prevent death

But there are several 65f clears at this point, most of them should be up on h2crossroads

basically that, yeah

• if you need something from a specific route (i.e. a gatherable resource, dialogue from an NPC, a boss drop, or nightmare from a bounty for a certain boss) then you'd choose that route

there are differences in how they work (and you need to beat both multiple times for story progress), and doing the surface unlocks some new gods and incantations etc, but once you have all unlocks you just kinda do whatever you want

So I beat Scylla at 11 Fear for the Circe quest, but I haven’t seen Circe on a single Surface run since then. Is there a way to force her to show or am I missing something? When Mel grabbed the pearl she hesitated and didn’t cast the spell Circe wanted, but from what I understand that’s how her dialogue is supposed to go. I keep doing Surface runs and Circe won’t show, what gives?

I had the Lunar Ray hex, which has a cost of 30. Instead of going for the two Epic blessings (which increase the amount of magic needed), I filled out the rest of the path. This gave me a super powerful beam which refilled frequently. It was great! 😄

Black Night banishment won't affect your Fear level just like adding extra arcana cards mid run doesn't affect your grasp or awakening cards

hades is pretty easy to find on social media for me, same way silksong is, though maybe not quite as pronounced. even a few of my non-gamer friends have heard of it, including my gf who doesn't play games at all but just really likes the hot characters/dialogues. i wouldn't be surprised if that was the case for a lot of other people

H2 is a worse game than H1 because while it does improve in gameplay the story is so much weaker that the entire experience is dragged down.
